Abstract
결론
본 조선대학교 치과대학 부속병원 소아치과에 연령감정을 주소로 내원한 아동을 대상으로
문진 및 방사선 사진 촬영을 시행하여 Schour와 Massler의 치아의 발육상태도와 Nolla의
석회화 기준으로 연령감정을 시행한 바, 연령감정은 경험과 인격적 요소를 구비하여 기술적
인 면보다 윤리적인면을 강조해야 된다고 사료된다.
성인에 있어서는 직업등 개인적 상황을 고려하여 시행하여야 하고 특히 소아는 취학시 문
제가 야기되어 많이 시행하고 있다.
앞으로 연령 감정을 시행할 때 오차를 줄일 수 있는 계속적 연구·조사가 필요하리라 사료된다.

The Purpose of this case report is a determination of original age based on the
growth, development and eruption of teeth.
Three children were selected for the determination of original age and panoramic view
of each subject was taken.
Determination of age was performed by comparison stages of development of teeth by
Schour & Massler and Nolla and stage of development on panoramic view.
The results were as follows :
Case l.. : 5.5 years±6months.
Case 2. : 7.5 years±6months.
Case 3. : 6 years±6months.
In future, continuous study for stage of the development of teeth in relating to korean
children is needed to reduce error for the determination of age.
